Dispatch Times

Orders are dispatched from our warehouse Mon-Fri 8.30-14.00. We aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours, but during busy times paid for postage will be processed and dispatched before free postage.

Delivery Methods

Delivery times quoted are from the date of dispatch as these are the shipping estimates provided by the courier. These are estimated delivery times and do not include any delays in customs.

Pricing is dependent and calculated on the weight and size of each package.

Packages can be tracked and traced via the tracking number, which will be emailed to you upon shipment. Just enter this tracking information at https://www.dpd.com/tracking to track your order.

On occasions for a multiple goods order whereby a certain product is not currently in stock at the time of being placed, we reserve the right to dispatch the remainder of the item/s via the courier at a later date. This will form as the rest of your original order and will be included in the initial payment received for delivery. However, depending on certain postal restrictions, custom duties & taxes, other potential charges may be incurred.
